ADVERTISING

Glacier Park International Airport offers businesses an exceptional forum to showcase goods and services. Ads are showcased on digital monitors in the baggage claim area and displayed on a rotating basis 24 hours a day. Displays offer advertisers not only excellent general marketing, but an unparalleled opportunity to reach first-time visitors, with hundreds of thousands of impressions every year.

Advertising contracts are offered on an annual or quarterly basis. Interested parties may inquire with the airport’s administrative offices at advertising@glacierairport.com.

GROUND LEASES

For the aviation enthusiast, leases are available for both hangars and hangar parcels.  Lease options and terms vary.  Interested parties may inquire further at GPIA’s administrative offices.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Thank you for your interest in providing ground transportation at Glacier Park International Airport.  To operate a vehicle at Glacier Park International Airport, your establishment must first enter into an agreement with the Flathead Municipal Airport Authority.

If you wish to operate a commercial vehicle on GPIA property, please choose the appropriate Operating Access Agreement below and return it along with your current Certificate of Liability Insurance to the airport administration office.  Taxis/Limousines must also submit current Montana Public Service Commission Registration Receipt.  Once approved, you will be issued permits to display in each of your vehicles.

For more information, please contact the GPIA administrative offices at (406) 257-5994.

“PEER-TO-PEER” VEHICLE RENTALS (i.e., TURO, RVSHARE)

Effective July 1, 2021, TURO peer-to-peer car-sharing operations are authorized at Glacier Park International Airport as follows:

  • ALL vehicle handoffs are to be completed face-to-face and ONLY at the designated curb area. TURO transactions MAY NOT be conducted at any other location on airport property.
  • Vehicles MAY NOT be stored anywhere on airport property for Guest pick-up (including public parking areas).
  • Vehicles MAY be returned by Guests to the paid parking lot. Vehicles returned to the paid parking lot must be picked up within four hours and are subject to the normal parking fees upon exit.

NON-AERONAUTICAL DEVELOPMENT

As the Flathead Valley continues to grow, GPIA offers prime real leasing options.   Property fronting U.S. Highway 2 is not only convenient to the airport but central to area hubs.  The location is excellent for retail, restaurants, and hotels; similarly, it is an optimum location for light industrial use, manufacturing, research and development, and businesses related to the aviation industry.

For information on current availability, check with the GPIA administrative offices at (406) 257-5994.

Contract Goals

The Flathead Municipal Airport Authority will use contract goals to meet any portion of the overall goal that the recipient does not project being able to meet using RN means. Contract goals are established so that, over the period to which the overall goal applies, they will cumulatively result in meeting any portion of the recipient’s overall goal that is not projected to be met through the use of RN means.

The Flathead Municipal Airport Authority will establish contract goals only on those FAA/DOT-assisted airport contracts that have subcontracting possibilities. It need not establish a contract goal on every such contract, and the size of the contract goals will be adapted to the circumstances of each such contract (e.g., type and location of work and availability of DBE’s to perform the particular type of work).

We will express our contract goals as a percentage of the Federal share of a FAA/DOT-assisted airport contract.
